E-drug: RFI estimating the cost of tobacco related illness

Greetings from Ooty, India.
Currently I am working in the area of patient counseling and
education / and its impact analysis at govt. head quarters hospital,
Ooty.
I am interested working in the area of pharmacoeconomics. As a
beginner, I am interested in estimating the cost of tobacco related
illnesses/ estimating the cost of illness/ different models or
literatures available for the same.
I hope, my request will be considered with good amount of interest
among e-druggers and show me few interested web pages or journals
that will assist my search.
