E-drug: RFI: Pharmacy software

Dear all
Could you help me with this question? I'm working on a hospital ship
of the organisation which provides medical help in developing nations.
I am looking for an inventory program for medicines that works with
generic substances for the maintenance of the inventory, gives
information on interactions and does labels in English, French and
Spanish if possible.
