E-drug: RFI: rates of benzodiazepine use (cont'd)

I once saw a list of national drug consumption by class on a WHO site as I
recall that included benzodiazepines and have lost the address. Does anyone
know where these national use/quota numbers might be? I am also interested
in trying to find customs seizure rates and internet drug sales to determine
the level of use for a better assessment of risk for traffic accidents.
