E-DRUG: RFI: Reimbursement as barriers to Pharmaceutical Care (3)

Hi Funmi,
The Community Pharmacy Section of the FIP (International
Pharmacist Federation) is looking into remuneration issues for
pharmaceutical care in different countries, and is collecting data in
developing and developed countries. Those data probably will be
available in August 2004. Additionally there will be a congress of
Europharm Forum and the Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe in
October 2004 (see www.pcne.org), that will try to deal with the modes
of cooperation between e.g. academia and practice organisations in
securing remuneration. Some examples are known in Europe from e.g.
Germany or Portugal.
