dear Colleagues,
instead of using electronic tablet counter, why you don't you make the
conventional tablet/ capsule counting scoop, like in the old days.
Using the flat sheet of flexible material such as pvc, teflon, silicon, and then craft/ make a half-bore of the product/ tablet of 20 or 25 tablets in one piece of scope. If you would like to count for 100 pieces, then you have to dip the scoop 4 times into the tablet bulk container, shake the scoop until it fulll with the tablets. However, you should make individual mould for every tablet/ capsule size.
It is very simple, cheap tools, fully accurate, hundred % inspection and easy to carry in the remote area, without needing any utility.
A small workshop or a craftman can do it.
