Tuberculosis, Estimated Incidence, Prevalence and Mortality by
Country." It is published by "The Journal of the American Medical
Association," August 18, 1999, Volume 282, No. 7.
It is approximately 20 pages in length and has data from many
world-wide TB programs including most countries of the Africa region.
