E-DRUG: Why donations of sample/outdated drugs are welcome (cont)

Dear colleagues,
The answer to the question what NGO's and other charities can do
in stead of sending drugs is loud and clear, and was also given by
some UN organisations: Send money to buy the proper drugs, not
the drugs in kind.
