E-MED: PA824, nouveau m�dicament anti-tuberculeux

Chers coll�gues,
Comme je le disais sur le r�seau INDICES, ce m�dicament en est � ses d�buts
de d�veloppement, m�me pas � la phase 1 : il y a une publication dans
"Nature" et un rapport d'une �tude in vitro dans J Bacteriol, et c'est tout.
Cela signifie qu'il faudra au moins 8-10 ans avant que le m�dicament puisse
�tre commercialis�. Il a �t� achet� par Chiron � une autre firme biotech.
Attendons et voyons - il se peut qu'il puisse �tre un bon m�dicament, mais
seulement aussi un autre �chec biotech.
Une chose certaine - il sera tr�s cher, lorsqu'il sera disponible.
