E-DRUG: alternatives for chloroform?

Please could any one suggest alternative formulations which do not contain
chloroform as a preservative, and state the reference for the formula, for
the following:
For mist morphine you should try methylparaben 0.1%
For paracetamol syrup: methylparaben 0.1% and propylparaben 0.03%
I send you a list of ordinary preservatives
Preservatives Usual Concentration pH
alquilic esters of
p-hidroxybenzoic acid 0.010-0.20% 3.4-7.5
acid benzoic and salts 0.10-0.30 % < 4.5
ethanol 10-15% doesn't matter
bencilic alcohol 1-2% doesn't matter
Seek for incompatibilities!
