I wanted to add a note on compliance, following Bill Boyce's message on
face-to-face education between pharmacist and patient as a means to improve
compliance.
Wendy Armstrong, Consumer's Association of Canada, Alberta, puts it well.
She discusses non-compliance as a difference of opinion between doctor and
patient, sometimes informed, sometimes uninformed.
