Rabies in rodents is a permanent controversy although there do not seem to
be any thoroughly documented case. Althougth we believe that transmission
from rodent to human does not occur, it is obvious that no one can take a
chance if the rodent is rabid (which sometimes occur). It is thus
compulsory to have a maximum guarantee, consultation with eventual local
history of rabies in rodents is helpful. The informations can be obtained
