Education for All! (12)

Hi Isaac
Obviously Africa's problem is the inability to support itself.
Certainly all the populations in the developed and developing
worlds are increasing. But GDP per capita growth of any popula-
tion should increase commensurate with the growth rate in popu-
lation which is certainly not the case in most of the African
countries if not all. This thus makes population control almost
imperative in the African countries.
Yes, there are no dangers in high fertility as long as the nec-
essary health care is available but as wishful as we may want to
get health care in most of the African countries is far from
available and we will do ourselves a lot more service trying to
tackle the high numbers of maternal deaths most of which occur
in women who have more than 3 children already.
