Family Health International (FHI) is dedicated to improving
lives, knowledge, and understanding worldwide through a highly
diversified program of research, education, and services in
HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment, reproductive health,
and infectious diseases. We are seeking qualified candidates for
the following positions:

Senior Technical Officer, Health Management Information Systems
(Arlington, VA)

Responsible for providing technical assistance and overseeing
overall FHI Health Management Information Systems (HMIS)
assessment, design and quality implementation for FHI Care and
Treatment programs. Will provide technical assistance to Country
Offices to foster the use of HMIS data and its standardization.
MS/MA/MPH in public health field, and 5-7 years experience in
HIV/AIDS or reproductive health with international development
programs including at least 5 years in HMIS design,
implementation and management; Or PhD, MD or similar degree and
2-4 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS or reproductive health
with international development programs including at least 2
years in HMIS design, implementation and management. Overseas
field experience required.

Director, Shared Services, Africa Regional Office (Nairobi,
Kenya)

Performs at a senior leadership level in the Africa Regional
Office in the lead business management role responsible for
direction of Shared Services functions of accounting and
finance, contracts and grants management, human resources,
information technology, general administration, and
regulatory/quality assurance in support of operations and
service objectives of the region. Working under technical
supervision of Headquarters Global Shared Services (GSS)
management, provides technical coordination and support to the
same functions in country and field offices within the
operations region. BS/BA Degree in business management or
related field, with a minimum of 9 years of relevant management
and supervisory experience in highly relevant international
organizations and duties. Prefer MBA or other relevant advanced
degree with a minimum of 9 years of management and supervisory
experience in highly relevant international organizations and
duties.

Senior Technical Officer, Monitoring and Evaluation (Bangkok,
Thailand)

In collaboration with FHI/USA, provides leadership and capacity
building in monitoring, evaluation, and quality
assurance/quality improvement (QA/QI) to FHI/s public health
programs in the Asia Pacific Region. BS/BA in public health or
related field, and 7-9 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS,
infectious disease or family planning with international
development programs; or MS/MA/MPH in public health or related
field, and 5 - 7 years relevant experience; or PhD, MD or
similar degree with 3 - 5 years relevant experience. Overseas
field experience required.
