E-drug: Cost of clinical trials

Can anyone provide or direct me to information relating to the costs of
clinical trials borne by pharmaceutical companies (discrete costs for
phase I to phase III) in developing drugs in various countries. The
number of drug companies conducting trials in developing countries is
growing, with obvious ramifications.
