Time magazine April 29th 1996 has a very interesting article about drug
donations focussing on a donation of 6 million Ceflor CD tablets donated to
Ruanda in barrels of 200,000 tabs with a handful of inserts in English.
The article describes other problem donations and discusses the WHO draft >guidelines that are being criticised so strongly by US
pharmaceutical companies.
