E-drug: Essential Drugs list for Greece

Dear friends,
In Greece, we have recently established an essential drug list which
created a lot of protest from the part of Pharmaceutical Industry. I am
now a member of the Committee that will select which of the 700 new
medicines (mostly expensive) will enter the list. Taken into consideration
your experience on this field, can anyone help me with the best drug
selection criteria?
