E-drug: Guidelines for Regulatory classification of medicines

Dear All,
We have a draft of new medicinal products act in
Thailand. I need your help for setting guidelines of
classification of medicinal products. Please help me to
give information of your country as follow :
1. Basic criteria for OTC, Prescription-only, Pharmacist-only medicines.
2. General basic for regulatory OTC, Pharmacist-only, prescription-only
medicines such as labelling,
advertising, promotion etc.
3. Criteria for reclassification prescription-only to OTC or
prescription-only to pharmacist-only.
4. Guidelines of classification and registration.
Your information is important for consumer protection and drug system in
