E-drug: Indicators for community pharmacies (cont'd)

The Rational Pharmaceutical Management project (RPM) developed
and published in 1995 "Rapid Pharmaceutical Management
Assessment: An Indicator-based Approach" to assess pharmaceutical
management systems and programs, though not specifically for
community pharmacies. Of the 46 indicators offered, which are
grouped under eight topics, those which evaluate patient access and
drug utilization might be of use. The publication is available from
