Dear Arthorn Riewpaiboon,

I have worked for so many hospitals in India. As per my experience, you will need to consult a book named MANAGING DRUG SUPPLY(WHO).

In this book you will find both qualitative as well as quantitative Indicators.

For any assistance, revert back on me

Regards and Thanks

I am not aware of specific validated indicators for
hospital pharmacy practice but perhaps you can get
some ideas from two Australian manuals. These are more
specific to medicines use but you should be able to
apply the principles to come up with structure,
process and outcome indicators to suit your needs. If
you have a set of practice guidelines for hospital
pharmacy, these could be used as a basis for selecting
indicators e.g. the ASHP guidelines below.
