E-DRUG: motility agents in promoting enteral feeding

Dear all E-druggers,
May I know what are the common promotility drugs used in your
institution(s) especially for critically ill patients in ICU?
In my hospital IV metaclopramide 10mg tds is often used,
and currently there is a proposal for the routine use of
IV erythromycin 200mg tds, which claims to be
superior to metaclopramide in improving or helping patient to
tolerate enteral feeding.
Can I have your opinion on that?
