E-DRUG: Over-The-Counter (OTC) Drugs

I am giving a lecture in a few days on the "Main Characteristics
of OTC drugs" and I have not been able to find any significant reference
in Medline; I need a Review and that makes the search more difficult.
I would sincerely appreciate if you could tell me where I could find
this specific subject.
