E-drug: Pharmacist registration in the Czech Republic

Dear E-druggers,
Pharmacy graduates are normally required by the relevant authorities
to undergo a period of training prior to being licensed or registered to
practice pharmacy. In some countries such training is integrated into
the degree programme enabling graduates to practice the profession
without any further practical training. I am seeking clarification as to
what the position is in the Czech Republic as some of our nationals
have been trained there.
Could somebody advise us on this?
