Thank Dr.Joel Lexchin for your help. However;
1.- Is the oral absorption of furosemide and/or spironolactone affected in
patient with congestive cardiac failure or in patient with secondary
aldosteronism?
PLEASE, COULD YOU DATE ANY ARTICLE ABOUT THIS?
Yes. If the congestive heart failure is bad, there is also oedema in the
wall of the intestine which decreases oral absorption of medications.
