E-drug: Re: Adm org of universities of medicin and pharmacy

In Canada universities, and all of the faculties in them, are controlled by
the Ministry of Education. However, this control doesn't amount to much
more than providing the budget to run the university. All the programs,
courses, etc. are internal (i.e., university) decisions.
