Dear Tirumala,
This is interesting news. If the solution is only to substitute hard
glycerine or paraffin with soft gelatine it seems there is a real
possibility of these triple use preparations. There are many
lypophilic substances used in therapeutics. It is of interest that the
progesterone preparation you are mentioning is not available in
UK. To tell you the truth though, why would such a preparation be
useful? I am an endocrinologist and I think I should be able to
figure out the answer by myself, but I can't. Can you tell me? Or
maybe Chandra Gulhati?
