E-drug: Single tablet for oral, vaginal and rectal use

I would be most grateful if information could be given regarding the
availability of a single formulation (tablet) of any medicine that can be
given orally, vaginally and rectally in any western country, Australia or
New Zealand. I am aware of the different formulations of the same
molecule that can be given by three different routes. There are also
formulations that can be given by rectal or vaginal use. But I would
like to know of a formulation that can be given by three different
routes.

If there is no such formulation, is it for pharmaceutical or scientific
reasons? Other reasons?
