E-drug: WHO budget

Does anyone has any idea on WHO budget priorities ? How much is
devoted to HIV compared to other illness ? Last A53 Aids resolution
asked the Director General to give a high priority, in the ordinary
budget, to HIV/AIDS. How much was done ?
And in case you don't have the info, could you tell us who to ask ?
