Diethylstilbestrol (DES): also harms the third generation

oestrogen and endocrine disruptor that was used in the 1950s-1970s to
prevent spontaneous abortion, despite its lack of proven efficacy. In utero
exposure to DES can have harmful effects. What are the consequences of
taking DES during pregnancy for the third generation, i.e. the children of
DES children?
