Looking for Information

I am requesting for any information that might lead to my getting hold
of
some questionnaires and KAP surveys on health, and particularly on the
following infectious illnesses:
Malaria, AIDS, STDs, diarrhoea, and ARI targeting especially the
developing
world. I will give due acknowledgment. I am in the process of
constructing
my questionnaires aimed at unearthing the understanding of health and
illness
among the Turkana in Kenya.
Today Prof. Green Edward posted some information on traditional healers
in
Kenya on the list-server. I deleted it by mistake, could somebody please
resent it to me. Or if Dr. Green is reading this, could you please send
it
to me again.
