E-DRUG: donations guidelines for medical supplies?

Dear e-druggers,
I am doing some work on national guidelines for donations of medical
supplies in Ghana. I used the WHO drug donations guidelines as a basis.
I like to know which countries already have national guidelines? In
draft, official, whatever, all info will be appreciated.

[The Christian Medical Commission, World Council of Churches, did publish
guidelines for EQUIPMENT donations in their Contact Newsletter, October 1994.
Not sure whether they are available on the Internet.
The inter-agency guidelines for DRUG donations and similar guidelines for
DISPOSAL of unwanted pharmaceuticals are available from WHO/EDM Geneva.
Australia and some other countries have published NATIONAL donation guidelines.
I am not sure whether there special guidelines for MEDICAL SUPPLIES, but a
mixture of the drug and equipment guidelines might help? WB]
