We are looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation in public health professional, to join one of our regional teams at our Geneva based organization
Your profile: for this position, you are expected to have at least 6 years' experience in in planning, management and M&E of programs in the health sector or related fields. Your previous working experience includes gathering, recording, analysing and reporting information needed for M&E systems strengthening and management. You have proven track record in using health statistics, defining and communicating strategic information to the public. Your education background must include an advanced university degree either in public health, health system management, health economics, epidemiology or related field.
Having outstanding team building skills, you also have a strong experience working in a complex, fast-paced and multicultural environment. In addition, you speak English AND French fluently.
Your responsibilities: As part of a Country Team, you will provide monitoring technical advice and support at different stages of the grant management cycle (including the negotiation of performance frameworks, grant renewals, and throughout grant implementation) to ensure the development and use of robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems that are capable of generating high-quality data. You also assess grant performance results and synthesize the relevant epidemiological and programmatic information to support Performance-Based Funding decisions.
